Cancellation

Cancellations should be done by placing a call to our telephone number provided in the contact us page. Web Hosting Services can be cancelled within 30 days of placing the order. Cancellation & refund policy is not applicable for Domain Registration Services.


Returns

You can raise a request to return web hosting details by placing a call : 91-4442135479 or Email : support@einstanthost.com.


You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your einstanthost.com account.


Refunds

The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order. When you receive a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. You can also contact your bank with the ARN you would have received for an update on the status of your refund.
